1. Acceptance
By using MatchForecast you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What we provide
MatchForecast provides statistical football predictions and analysis. Our forecasts are probabilistic, not guarantees of results. We do not provide gambling advice or tips. The service does not accept bets, handle stakes or deposits, award prizes, execute wagering transactions, or link to bookmakers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchForecast. The app is not intended for users in jurisdictions where sports forecasting or gambling-related content is prohibited.
4. Subscription and payments
Premium subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple using StoreKit. Android subscriptions, when available, are processed by Google Play. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the service used to purchase them. For Apple subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renewal can be cancelled in App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Premium purchases access to additional analytics; they are never a stake, wagering credit, or entry fee.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, abuse, or automate access to the service. You may not use MatchForecast to run illegal gambling operations or to harass other users.
6. Limitation of liability
MatchForecast is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses you may incur based on our predictions or your use of the app.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion removes your profile, preferences, saved fixtures and usage history. Account deletion cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel in the respective store settings before deletion to avoid future renewal charges.
